As part of the Jubilee celebrations, This Is Hastings headed up to the East Hill last night to witness the ceremonial lighting of the beacon. Crowds gathered as the mighty torch was lit, and in turn inspired beacons in the far distance to take up flame – creating a domino effect towards Eastbourne and beyond.
