This Is Hastings were first impressed by Carl Carzana‘s work at bi-weekly creatives show and tell Makers @ MEC. The Hastings based illustrator primarily works digitally, however each digitally finished piece starts out hand drawn and inked.

As another second Wednesday rolls around, This Is Hastings has its evening already well planned out: First off, we will be heading to the University Building on Havelock Road to attend another Makers @ MEC. The bi-weekly local creative’s “show & tell” (in its eighth installment) is a proverbial fountain of intrigue and inspiration.
